For this lobby in New Jersey, Greenland Furniture created a welcome area that works as both waiting space and showpiece. Modular lounge sofas with built-in wood side extensions mix with two-tone tub chairs, a leather daybed and round coffee tables, arranged in conversational groups rather than waiting-room rows.

Preserved moss wall panels bring a maintenance-free touch of green to the entrance, while a locking display cabinet and coffee tables in walnut and anthracite finish the space. Every piece was upholstered and produced to contract-grade standards.
